Field Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

To support healthcare providers in navigating patient access, the full-time remote Field Reimbursement Manager will educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, provide expertise on AbbVie Eye Care products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective patient support.

Key responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement tools
• Provide local expertise on payer policies and coding changes
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers within the territory

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Health Care, Payer Account Management, or Access and Reimbursement
• Extensive experience in educating others on payer processes for specialty medicines
• Strong understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement dynamics
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements
