Field Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSR Field Resolution Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts insurance verification and eligibility for services/products
• Maintains accuracy and quality control throughout patient contact and data input
• Provides education to referral sources, patients, and employees on qualifications for service and third-party billing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience with major insurance carrier eligibility, authorizations, and reimbursement guidelines preferred
• Experience with durable medical equipment or home medical equipment preferred
• Experience with insurance policies and medical billing practices preferred
• One year of related work experience preferred
