Job Summary

Driving revenue growth across a multi-territory region, the full-time salaried Field Sales Director will lead a team of approximately 15 Senior Account Executives, focusing on talent development, strategic account management, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team of Senior Account Executives while conducting performance assessments and skill development
  • Own regional revenue targets and maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting discipline using Salesforce
  • Oversee territory design and account assignments, guiding strategic account plans for large dealer groups and high-value accounts
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a field sales leadership role managing quota-carrying individual contributors
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams that sell complex, multi-product solutions in a consultative sales environment
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple territories
  • Strong CRM discipline with the ability to coach from pipeline data
  • Automotive retail industry experience preferred
