Field Sales Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Sales Intelligence Senior Manager in Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for field intelligence capabilities aligned to business priorities
• Lead cross-functional delivery of field intelligence solutions across CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled platforms
• Drive the design and delivery of dashboards, alerts, and decision-support tools while advancing UI/UX

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience, or Master's degree and 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, or Associate's degree and 10 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of experience
• Experience leading delivery of analytics-enabled, digital, or AI-driven products
• Strong understanding of field sales processes and CRM platforms
• Technical fluency across software engineering, data engineering, and analytics
• Experience with Salesforce platforms and enterprise analytics tools
