Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Sales Manager to drive growth and market presence in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of field sales professionals, managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Set and track operational and business development metrics to drive performance
  • Expand new business pipelines and build strategic partnerships to support high-impact deals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
  • 5+ years of experience in new business development/closing roles (B2B)
  • 2+ years of outbound sales managerial experience with teams of 5+ employees
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales and managing high-velocity sales strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on talent growth and team collaboration
