Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager - State Farm Channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the sales team meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor Salesforce activity and provide coaching for continuous improvement
• Expand agency footprint and engage new agents while managing relationships

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree, or CIC, or CPCU Insurance Designations required
• Minimum of 3 years managing sales processes in Non-Standard or Personal Lines Auto Insurance
• Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms required
• Willingness to travel as required
