Field Sales Trainer

Job Summary

Passionate about developing others, the full-time Field Sales Trainer will conduct engaging training workshops and on-the-floor training in a remote tele sales environment, focusing on equipping team members with the necessary tools and skills to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and motivate employees to foster a culture of learning and development
• Manage the delivery of training programs to meet business objectives and employee needs
• Collaborate with sales managers to align training programs with sales targets and assess program effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a relevant field
• 2-4 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a training role
• Experience in writing and supporting training curriculum
• Familiarity with various training methods, including e-learning and workshops
• 3-5 years of retail sales experience, with leadership experience preferred
