Field Security Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Field Security (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Capture new business by responding to customer security inquiries and facilitating deal closures
• Engage with customers to provide security guidance and retain high-value and at-risk accounts
• Lead and manage a Field Security team, enhancing customer security through industry expertise and operational improvements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Security Solutions, Sales Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, ISO, SOC 2, and FedRAMP Moderate/IL4
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
