Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or account management in a technical customer support role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Proficient with advanced computer and software tools, including Excel and database knowledge
