Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- At least five years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or account management in a technical customer support role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Proficient with advanced computer and software tools, including Excel and database knowledge
