Field Service Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the lifecycle of the enterprise Workstation-on-Wheels (WOW) fleet, the full-time remote Field Service Analyst will oversee hardware asset management, coordinate with vendors for technical resolutions, and conduct data-driven analyses to optimize operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake, procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of the WOW fleet, ensuring accurate hardware asset management records
• Coordinate with OEM cart vendors and HCL Field Services to resolve complex hardware failures and manage service level agreements (SLAs)
• Analyze failure trends and repair data to enhance operational reporting and improve national field-service support workflows

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant job-specific experience
• Advanced proficiency in data-driven asset management and lifecycle metrics tracking
• Experience in healthcare data privacy and regulatory compliance environments
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional logistics involving procurement and supply chain teams
