Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Service Associate I.
Key Responsibilities
- Address incoming customer issues through phone, ticketing system, or email
- Facilitate dispatches, open and close tickets, and relay information to Field Operations teams
- Perform quality checks on ticket management and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or 1 year of relevant job experience
- Degree in Technology, telecommunications, or related field preferred
- Experience in customer service and telecom operations desired
- Familiarity with Ticket Management Systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of technical disciplines such as Transmission, Switching, and TCP/IP
