Job Summary
Coordinating field service operations for Skydio X10 Dock products, the full-time Field Service Coordinator will manage work orders, schedule service appointments, and ensure efficient logistics while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate field service appointments with customers, technicians, and third-party providers
- Manage work orders throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation
- Monitor the Field Service RMA Jira queue and coordinate parts logistics for repairs
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating field service operations or technical support
- Proficiency with Atlassian Jira, Salesforce, or similar CRM and ticketing platforms
- Order management experience and familiarity with RMA processes
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple work orders simultaneously
- Interest in robotics, drones, or connected hardware products is a plus
