Field Service Coordinator

Job Summary

Field Service Coordinator, seeks a highly organized individual for a full-time role to support service operations across solar PV and energy storage systems by coordinating service activities and ensuring effective communication among teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service dispatches with Field Service Partners (FSPs) to meet operational priorities
• Act as a central point of contact for communication between internal teams, FSPs, and OEM partners
• Conduct remote troubleshooting and manage open cases to ensure timely resolution and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in solar, electrical, or field service operations
• Working knowledge of PV and energy storage systems
• Experience with OEM platforms such as SolarEdge, Enphase, or Tesla
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Excel or comparable tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
