Field Service Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure efficient service delivery in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Field Service Coordinator will manage incoming service requests for Protective Packaging Equipment, coordinating field technicians and utilizing ServiceMax to optimize scheduling and enhance customer satisfaction, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Streetsboro, OH.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service technicians for installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs
• Monitor technician availability and workload to optimize scheduling efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding service updates, expectations, and resolutions

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
• 4-6 years of experience in a field service, dispatching, or scheduling role, preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing
• Experience with application-centric field service scheduling tools, such as ServiceMax, is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
