Field Service Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized Field Service Coordinator, the full-time position will manage scheduling, coordination, and execution support for field service activities related to solar PV and energy storage systems, ensuring timely issue resolution and effective communication among Field Service Partners, OEMs, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service dispatches with Field Service Partners, aligning with SLAs and operational priorities
• Act as a central point of contact to facilitate communication and drive timely issue resolution among internal teams and partners
• Conduct remote troubleshooting and diagnostics to minimize repeat visits and improve service efficiency

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in solar, electrical, or field service operations
• Working knowledge of PV and energy storage systems, including troubleshooting practices
• Experience with OEM platforms such as SolarEdge, Enphase, or Tesla
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Excel or comparable tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases efficiently
