Field Service Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing service requests for Protective Packaging Equipment, the full-time Field Service Coordinator will coordinate and schedule field technicians, optimize service delivery, and maintain communication with customers, while working remotely or onsite in Streetsboro, OH.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service technicians for installations, maintenance, and repairs on packaging equipment
• Create and manage service work orders in ServiceMax, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding service updates, expectations, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
• 4-6 years of experience in a field service, dispatching, or scheduling role, preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing
• Experience with field service scheduling tools, such as ServiceMax, is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
