Field Service Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer to provide technical support for Enterprise Imaging Radiology and Cardiology customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of imaging equipment
• Install, configure, and relocate medical imaging systems, ensuring compliance with specifications
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience in technical support for medical imaging equipment
• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on imaging systems
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in healthcare settings
• Strong customer service skills and relationship management experience
