Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Engineer in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for installations and conduct user training and demonstrations of products
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues both on-site and remotely
• Develop service programs and provide technical advice to customers and internal teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in biomedical engineering or as a field service engineer
• Knowledge of local standards applicable to medical devices
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and networks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
