Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support to the Field Service Representative team, the full-time remote Field Service Engineer will troubleshoot complex issues, manage PLM design projects, and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Field Service Representative team
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenging technical problems while ensuring compliance with specifications
- Collaborate with Technical Publications and Training Content teams to provide necessary updates and instructions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an automotive-related program preferred
- 5+ years of OEM engineering level technical service support experience
- 5+ years of experience in Root Cause Analysis processes
- 8+ years of school bus or 10+ years of medium duty truck experience
- Proficient in common medium/heavy duty tooling and familiar with commercial CAN analysis platforms
