Job Summary
Supervising a team of Field Service Engineers, the full-time remote Field Service Engineering Supervisor with CDL will manage technical support activities, ensure efficient service delivery, and maintain strong customer relationships while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of Field Service Engineers, providing escalated technical support
- Organize and prioritize the deployment of field service personnel to customer locations, ensuring timely service completion
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in automotive-related programs preferred or 10+ years of OEM engineering-level technical service support without a degree
- 5+ years of automotive manufacturer (OEM) engineering-level technical service support experience
- 2+ years of leadership or direct report management experience
- Class B CDL with School bus & Air Brake Endorsement or ability to obtain within the first 6 months of employment
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with authorization to work in the United States
