Job Summary
Managing all aspects of Field Service support within North America, the full-time remote Field Service Manager will oversee equipment operation, product delivery, installation, and preventative maintenance while ensuring contract profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Execute service strategies and manage Field Service safety and improvement plans
- Monitor customer site performance and prepare monthly reports on service metrics and issues
- Organize work schedules and manage inventory to prevent financial losses
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a field service manager or service manager
- Degree-level education in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, or physics
- A minimum of ten years' experience in an engineering, service, or maintenance role with customer interaction
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a dynamic environment
- Direct hands-on experience with VSD drives, PLC, controls, and Atlas Copco's vacuum controls
