Field Service Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and maintain the pump SHIP schedule, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
• Audit technician training records and expense reports for compliance and accuracy
• Provide reporting and analysis on serial numbers and follow up with customers on recall and loaner pumps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Intermediate IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods
