Field Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Representative who will be responsible for delivering, installing, repairing, maintaining, and testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general field service repair and maintenance activities
• Resolve operational issues and perform troubleshooting procedures
• Collaborate with sales members for machine demos, installations, and customer training

Required Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• 3-5 years of mission-critical field service-related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
