Field Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Representative who is self-motivated and experienced in industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing field service repair and maintenance activities for customers and installed machines
• Resolving operational issues in the field through troubleshooting and customer needs assessment
• Collaborating with sales teams for machine demos, installations, and customer training

Required Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• 3-5 years of mission-critical field service-related experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective time management skills to prioritize multiple activities
