Field Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a self-motivated Field Service Representative, the remote position will focus on delivering, installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform general field service repair and maintenance activities for customers and installed machine base
• Resolve operational issues in the field through troubleshooting and customer needs assessment
• Collaborate with sales members for machine demos, installations, and technical training

Required qualifications:

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• 3-5 years of mission-critical field service-related experience
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently with effective time management skills
