Field Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a self-motivated Field Service Representative to work remotely, who will be responsible for delivering, installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial automation equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform general field service repair and maintenance activities to support customers and installed machines
• Resolve operational issues in the field through troubleshooting and customer needs assessment
• Conduct new equipment installations and provide customer training and support as directed by management

Required qualifications:

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• 3-5 years of mission-critical field service-related experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to share knowledge and conduct training for diverse audiences
