Field Service Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Technician to provide remote technical support for Enterprise Imaging Radiology and Cardiology customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Enterprise Imaging Radiology and Cardiology equipment
• Install, configure, and relocate medical imaging systems according to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing imaging hardware and software
• Knowledge of medical imaging systems and relevant diagnostic tools
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on imaging equipment
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in healthcare settings
• Experience in customer service and relationship management
