Field Service Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Technician I.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial floor cleaning equipment at customer sites or in the branch shop
• Complete required reporting of service work performed and maintain accurate time sheets
• Ensure spare parts stock level in the service van is maintained at specified levels

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar or related field
• Valid Driver's License and DOT Certification
• 5 years of relevant experience and training may substitute for education
• Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system troubleshooting skills
