Field Service Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Technician to perform troubleshooting and repairs of technical equipment in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial floor cleaning equipment on-site or in the branch shop
• Complete required reporting of service work performed and maintain time sheets as directed by the Branch Supervisor
• Ensure up-to-date training and certifications are maintained and manage spare parts stock levels in the service van

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years prior experience in a similar or related field
• Valid Driver's License and DOT Certification
• Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
