Field Service Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Technician to perform troubleshooting and repairs of technical equipment in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial floor cleaning equipment at customer sites or in the branch shop
• Complete required service reports, time sheets, and other documentation as directed by the Branch Supervisor
• Maintain training and certifications, and ensure spare parts stock levels in the service van are adequate

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of prior experience in a similar or related field
• Valid driver's license and DOT certification
• Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
