Field Service Technician
Job Summary
As the primary point of contact for customers, the full-time Field Service Technician will manage their schedule to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair solar systems while conducting site assessments and ensuring timely job report submissions, with local travel required.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a schedule to complete several time-sensitive tasks daily
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair existing solar systems, ensuring readiness for inspections
- Conduct solar site assessments and submit job reports promptly after each scheduled event
Required qualifications
- 1+ year experience with residential solar installation
- Familiarity with PV systems and troubleshooting, particularly Enphase
- Basic knowledge of residential construction preferred
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check
- OSHA 10 certification (can be provided by the company)
