Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Field Services Associate I will address customer issues through phone, ticketing, and email systems, while coordinating activities in accordance with company terms and conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer requests and facilitate dispatches for troubleshooting
- Open, track, and close tickets while ensuring timely follow-up on customer issues
- Collaborate with Enterprise Field Operations teams to relay information and support customer needs
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or 1 year of relevant job experience
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in technology or telecommunications is preferred
- Experience supporting Telecom Operations is desired but not required
- Familiarity with Ticket Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated knowledge of Transmission, Switching, and TCP/IP technical disciplines
