Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Field Services Associate I will address customer issues through phone, ticketing, and email systems, while coordinating activities in accordance with company terms and conditions.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer requests and facilitate dispatches for troubleshooting
  • Open, track, and close tickets while ensuring timely follow-up on customer issues
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Field Operations teams to relay information and support customer needs
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or 1 year of relevant job experience
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in technology or telecommunications is preferred
  • Experience supporting Telecom Operations is desired but not required
  • Familiarity with Ticket Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Transmission, Switching, and TCP/IP technical disciplines
