Job Summary
Driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth, the full-time Field Services Manager will oversee customer retention strategies, coordinate service support activities, and resolve complex technical issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of customer retention and resolve customer concerns through effective contact strategies
- Direct coordination of service and applications support, including installation and warranty activities
- Provide strategic leadership for pre-and post-sales support, liaising between TSMC and various internal teams
Required qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in service or applications supporting TSMC with strong customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Systems Engineering, Materials Science, Optics, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with metrology and/or inspection tools, either in operation or technical support
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
