Field Services Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the lifecycle of the Workstation-on-Wheels (WOW) fleet, the full-time Field Services Specialist will oversee procurement, deployment, and decommissioning while coordinating with vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize hardware asset management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enterprise WOW fleet lifecycle, ensuring accurate hardware asset management across multiple sites
• Coordinate with OEM vendors and HCL Field Services to address complex hardware failures and technical escalations
• Conduct data-driven analyses to optimize repair versus replacement decisions and manage parts logistics for efficient operations

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable experience
• Advanced proficiency in data-driven asset management and warranty lifecycle tracking
• Experience in healthcare data privacy and regulatory compliance environments
• Hands-on experience in cross-functional logistics with procurement and supply chain teams
