Field Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Solution Architect to drive technology solutions within targeted accounts and enhance existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Account Managers to identify and develop technology solution opportunities and presents proposals to customers
• Documents the discernment process to improve customer follow-up efficiency and effectiveness
• Provides training and support to Sales teams on advanced technology solutions and participates in solution development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of routing and switching architecture from leading manufacturers
• Experience with storage and virtualization products, including converged infrastructure concepts
• Familiarity with technologies such as HP, Dell, and Cisco systems, as well as software-defined networking and cloud solutions
• Successful experience in B2B solutions selling with account planning and upselling strategies
• Possesses integrity and a strong appreciation of business and technical requirements
