Field Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Solutions Architect to drive detection success across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead detection-focused trials, demos, and proof-of-concepts for mid-market prospects
• Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices during the sales cycle and instance deployment
• Develop and validate detection strategies while collaborating with Product and Engineering to enhance detection coverage

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security engineering, detection engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
• Strong hands-on experience with detection and investigation workflows
• Ability to translate customer needs into effective detection strategies
• Experience supporting customers through escalations with a calm and structured approach
• Familiarity with security tooling, cloud environments, or detection platforms is helpful but not required
