Field Solutions Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the onboarding of new customers, the full-time Field Integrated Solutions Implementation Specialist will guide small to medium-sized businesses in utilizing the Xplor Pay platform, ensuring a smooth implementation process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience for customers
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding merchants through the implementation and adoption of the Xplor Pay product suite
• Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring timely go-lives that meet specifications

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical and customer implementation support, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry
• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in an onboarding or implementation role in a SaaS or technology business
• 1+ year of project management and workflow management experience
• Technical aptitude with a quick learning curve for new software and data work
