Field Solutions Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance customer experiences, the full-time Field Integrated Solutions Implementation Specialist will support small to medium-sized businesses by managing their onboarding and implementation processes for the Xplor Pay platform, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to provide a single point of contact for customer onboarding and implementation
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding new and existing merchants through the adoption of the Xplor Pay product suite
• Manage project timelines and customer expectations to ensure smooth installations and successful go-lives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical and customer implementation support, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry
• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
• 1-2+ years of experience in an onboarding or implementation role within a SaaS or technology business
• 1+ year of project management experience and workflow management skills
• Technical aptitude with proficiency in data work and quick learning of new software
