Field Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Specialist to manage data collection for market and opinion research.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with quality control for telephone and online surveys
• Oversee vendor performance by monitoring telephone interviews
• Program and test online survey questionnaires in Qualtrics and CATI systems

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training
• Deadline-driven with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight timelines
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and database management tools
• Ability to manage time and resources efficiently
• Interest in public policy, politics, campaigns, or non-profit advocacy
