Job Summary

Field Supervision Coordinator, a full-time, salaried position responsible for coordinating onboarding, maintaining systems and documentation, and supporting field supervisors in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding pipeline for field supervisors, including scheduling and maintaining documentation
• Develop training materials and provide technical support for field supervisors
• Coordinate program operations and assist in the planning of events and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Zoom or similar platforms
• Experience creating or maintaining documentation and training materials
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with K-12 education or educator preparation environments is a plus
