Field Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Support Engineer to join their technical support team in ensuring the operation of airport IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hardware and software components, including servers and airport-specific equipment
• Ensure proper functioning of Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) and passenger-facing technology
• Respond to technical incidents impacting airport services and maintain accurate documentation of system configurations

Required Qualifications

• Proven IT field support experience, preferably in airport or transportation environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with airport systems such as FIDS and airline coordination platforms
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
• Fluency in English at C1 level
