Job Summary

Providing essential support to Retail Field Teams, the part-time Field Support Representative will manage incoming calls, troubleshoot various project-related issues, and collaborate with internal employees in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and provide solutions for project-related inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Document calls accurately in the call center database and escalate issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with agents to enhance customer service and maintain knowledge of retail procedures
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience in customer service or call center support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in call center databases preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt and manage time effectively in a hybrid work setting
