Job Summary
Providing essential support to Retail Field Teams and internal employees, the part-time Field Support Representative will manage incoming and occasional outbound calls in a hybrid environment, addressing project-related inquiries, troubleshooting systems, and documenting interactions accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide solutions for project-related issues, new hire concerns, and system troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and de-escalate dissatisfied caller situations
- Document calls in a database and maintain knowledge of retail procedures by engaging with field projects
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience in customer service or call center support
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Familiarity with call center databases, such as BMC Helix, is preferred
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport building
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating adaptability and time management skills
