Job Summary

Providing essential support to Retail Field Teams and internal employees, the part-time Field Support Representative will manage incoming calls, resolve project-related issues, and assist with troubleshooting in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and provide accurate solutions to various project-related inquiries
  • Document calls in a database and collaborate with other agents to enhance customer service
  • Assist with troubleshooting systems and applications while maintaining knowledge of retail procedures
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience in customer service or call center support
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills may be required based on business needs
