Job Summary
Providing essential support to Retail Field Teams and internal employees, the part-time hourly Field Support Representative will manage incoming and occasional outbound calls in a hybrid environment, addressing project-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and documenting interactions in a call center database.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls from retail teams and internal employees, providing accurate information and solutions
- Collaborate with agents to enhance customer service and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied callers
- Document calls and escalate project issues to Team Leads or People Leaders as necessary
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience in customer service or call center support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with call center databases
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and listen actively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Basic troubleshooting skills for systems and applications
