A company is looking for a Field Support Specialist to coordinate the lifecycle of field leads and support event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate lead capture, validation, and CRM alignment for partner and association events
• Manage event logistics and prepare materials for in-person and virtual events
• Monitor field lead status and provide operational support to field teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and email operations
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Understanding of Zoom and webinar delivery procedures
