Job Summary

Field Support Specialist is a fully remote position responsible for coaching and supporting Area Directors, training them in processes, and addressing their inquiries through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Area Directors in skill development and build one-on-one relationships
  • Train Area Directors on processes and procedures via phone conferences
  • Respond to inquiries from Area Directors and their advertising clients through phone and email
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to learn quickly and a desire to grow
  • Confidence in decision-making based on knowledge and training
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Previous call center experience and ticketing software knowledge preferred
