Job Summary
Serving as a vital support system for field clinicians, the full-time Field Support Specialist will provide real-time assistance, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate day-to-day projects in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first line of support for field clinicians through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including technical and logistical challenges
- Document field challenges and support ad-hoc operational projects to improve processes
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in operations support, customer service, or healthcare administration
- Proficiency with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zendesk
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings or weekends
