Job Summary

Serving as a vital support system for field clinicians, the full-time Field Support Specialist will provide real-time assistance, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate day-to-day projects in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the first line of support for field clinicians through various communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including technical and logistical challenges

Required qualifications
