Job Summary

To support a growing field support team, the full-time Team Lead, Field Support will provide administrative assistance, assign claims, conduct quality assurance reviews, and facilitate training sessions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Supervisor and assist in assigning claims to Field Support Representatives
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on trainee claims and support the Field Support team with processing inquiries
  • Assist in training sessions and work with the Claims Supervisor to enhance department accuracy and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 years of experience in valuating contents claims
  • 1 year of experience in valuating complex and/or commercial claims
  • Previous experience in administrative or retail roles
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office/Excel and Google Drive
