Job Summary

To support aggressive expansion plans, the full-time remote Field Talent Acquisition Partner will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment efforts for management positions in the Midwest and East Coast regions, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring company standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Drives management recruitment efforts to source and hire top talent across multiple locations, balancing speed, quality, and consistency
• Collaborates with Hiring Managers to proactively build strong teams by identifying internal promotions and managing attrition
• Develops short and long-range recruiting strategies targeting college recruiting, job boards, and industry networking

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality, or related industry
• Experience conducting searches for positions from entry to executive level
• Proven track record of meeting monthly hiring targets as a remote recruiter
• Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
